However while surfing the net today I came across a post that linked to this 1993 Ducati Supermono Listing and thought it was worth mentioning. Frankly because it’s a unique, rare and beautiful sportbike that deserves to be acknowledged as a masterpiece.

As a general rule I rarely peruse the multiple eBay listings for Ducati bikes, frankly because the few times I’ve bought items of substance (read: north of $500) the transactions have been cumbersome at best and almost always a dreadful experience. I much prefer brick and mortar establishments these days. While eBay clearly serves a purpose in life, it’d be a heck of a lot nicer to shop there if the place wasn’t filled with argumentative folks… Of course if you read the listing from the fellow selling the Supermono he seems rather on the level and up front about the bike. Here’s hoping it finds a good home…
