I assume this has been lifted from a Ducati USA Press Release, but it’s something that I hadn’t seen yet - The Robb Report has a quote on their website from Michael Lock, CEO of Ducati North America saying that the 1098 will make its North American introduction at the Seattle Motorcycle Show,

We are very pleased to announce not only a radical new Superbike family, but also a brand new competitive pricing structure. We have worked very long and hard to make this happen, and we are excited to introduce this motorcycle to the American public at the Seattle round of the International Motorcycle Shows, which happens December 1-3

Last year Seattle was also the hand picked location for the MotoCzysz C1 intro.
