MCN’s 6 Pg 1098 Spread With Specs!
It appears that MCN (motorcyclenews.com) has had the scoop all along on the 1098and in this week’s newstand publication, they have followed it up by offering Ducatista around the world a 6 page spread that details the new the superbike in relative depth. Since the article is floating around the ‘net this morning anyway, I’ve gone ahead and posted thumbnails to the various pages below. According to MCN traction control is not being shipped on the new 1098, but is rumored to be available via a computer software upgrade in 2008 with no other parts needed. That’s a pretty sweet deal to say the least and showcases just how far the motorcycle universe has come in the last several years…
