Seems a brand new 2007 Ducati S2R 1000 has surfaced ahead of the upcoming dealer meeting according to a thread on the Speedzilla Forum. Changes are said to be cosmetic only with the new color schemes being:

There’s a rumor about a S2RS 1000…..
I just purchased the 2007 S2R1000. This bike is definitely the smoothest bike I have ever ridden. My previous bike was the Suzuki Hayabusa. The Ducati is definitely in a class by itself.
I purchased my S2R 1000 last April in Arizona. Other than the dealer not attaching the ground wire for the ECU properly, it has been flawless. And this bike gets better w/ each ride.
