#1 means DO NOT BUY A DUC.  They are going to blow out all the old stock cheaply in the spring.
Piaggio is currently doing this with old Aprilias and Guzzi's.

#2 means DO NOT BUY DUCATI STOCK;  They are going to float a big stock offering
to raise money and dilute the value of current shares.
