Roadracing World is reporting that Ducati is going to show the Hypermotard Concept bike December 9-11 during the Long Beach, California International Motorcycle Show.

EICMA “Best of Show” winning concept bike on display December 9th – 11th at Long Beach Cycle World IMS Show
Cupertino, CA – December 2, 2005 – Just a few hours from its unveiling, the new concept bike, the Ducati Hypermotard, had already won its first prestigious and important recognition. The prototype designed by Pierre Terblanche was awarded “Best of Show” at the “Designers Night” held by the Motorcycle Design Association. The new Ducati “jewel” was chosen from the many new motorcycles proposed at EICMA, the 63rd International Motorcycle Exhibition.
Now US enthusiasts have a rare chance to see this bike at the Long Beach Cycle World International Motorcycle Show on December 9th through December 11th, 2005.
Kinda cool, perhaps I’ll have to try and make my way over there…

58 years old, a fan of Ducati’s since I rode my first one in 1962 and owner of many over the years and I have to say if beauty is in the eye of the beholder, this bike is going to make many go blind.
It’s very ugly.
A lot of good things can make you go blind. It’s not like you have to be queer for it.
Sorry if my english not very well. Actually this bike is the latest design from Ducati and this company get out from what Malaysian’s Bikers said “European Design”. But for this Hypermotad, it was very hyper in looking, but i didn’t know about their performence at all. But i think this Hyper motrad get the big and enough power to beat Japaneese bike
this thing looks like a dirt bike i hope its been tested for safeyy and i would buy that if i had the money but styll i think yu should let someone test that out before you do anything with it
For all of you who dont like this bike your taste sucks.This bike is a true italian work of art and unless you can come up with something this light and powerful shut up please!
