I suspect it’s not much of a shock for me to admit that I read a number of motorcycle related blogs on a fairly regular basis. Usually most of this reading happens once I’ve read the monthly national motorcycle mags cover to cover a couple of times and need something new to fill the void between issues. To me it’s just another form of cycle journalism. Of course every now and then someone puts something up on their site that just comes out of left field and seems übber cool.
This month that honor has to go to Doug K over at Forty Years On Two Wheels. He recently put a bit up on his site titled Aprilia Caponord: Hot & Cold. If you haven’t read it, you really should. As it turns out Doug took an infrared camera and photographed his bike at various temperatures. The resulting pictures are super cool looking… Though I do have to say that I really, really don’t want to see what my Duc would look like at 220º
