Someone from the DesmoOhio Club has posted some pretty nifty picts of what I believe is the traveling Ducati Museum Exhbit that rolled through MidOhio for the AMA Vintage Days Celebration. They’re well worth checking out… IMHO it’s hard not to dig the close ups of the MotoGP bike…

There’s another 999 big bore rumor going around, apparently according to Motorcycle Racer magazine (Great Britain) is reporting that:
“Ducati is already developing a big-bore version of it’s current Testastretta engine.” as part of it’s future showroom lineup. It states that Claudio Domencali has given the go-ahead to launch a 1,120cc 999 superbike to the public […]

Two straight days of riding has yet to unwind me. For some reason even though we’ve had perfect weather and perfect conditions, I just couldn’t let go and enjoy the rides. Maybe this was just one of those weekend when I shouldn’t have even bothered getting on the bike. Maybe I’d lost the race before […]

For those of you who’ve missed it, you need to check out the haps over at MotorcycleBloggers.com. Their most frequent poster and dare I say ringleader, AngryBob has been detailing his trip from Airzona to Leguna Seca and back for the MotoGP races. His latest post is really worth the read.

Checking my RSS feed reader tonight I came across a post by the Canyon Chasers about an Italian company called NCR s.rl. that’s reworking Ducati bodywork styling and it appears mechanical features. Their first new bike appears to be based on a 1000DS engine with an underseat exhaust and some nifty styling cues… Pretty sweet […]

Wow, I’ve been waiting for a weekend like this for what seems like forever. With picture perfect weather and fantastic road conditions, I hit the canyons for some much needed R&R. Only as it turns out while everything seemed set up for a perfect day of riding - I wasn’t up to the […]

Thought this was interesting… The Blog Herald is reportingtonight that growing Italian blog network Blogo.it has announced that it has signed an exclusive sponsorship deal with Ducati for Blogo’s new MotoBlog. They claim that this will be the first sponsorship for a commericial blog in Europe… Personally I find it hard to believe that […]

For all you world travelers out there, it looks like there’s a new website called BestBikingRoads.com for finding good riding roads in other countries. The webmaster is a fellow named David and if you stop by, drop him a line… He deserves some props for a kickass site.

Ran across an interesting thread about Beemers on the Ducati.Ms board… Crazy picts to say the least… Not exactly what you’d expect from good ‘ol fashion German engineering…

Took MotorMilt’s ‘04 out for a spin today - he’s been laid up with a knee injury for the past few weeks and I figured it was probably a good idea to run his 9 for a bit just to get the juices flowing. For some reason I have this image in my mind that […]
