So ProItalia sent someone from their service department to pick up the two Ducs today for - drum roll please - their 600 mile service. It’s a bit late since both MotorMilt & I crossed over 800 miles respectively on our bikes this past weekend, but well deserved regardless. So hopefully we’ll get the bikes […]

Found yet another Ducati related website tonight while surfing the ‘net. DucatiFan.com is mainly a discussion forum, but also has some cool videos to check out among other things. I have a feeling I’ll be checking in regularly to see what else they might add… Looks promising…

I’m not usually one for advocating or imploring folks towards great activism within our political system, however the American Motorcycle Associations (AMA) effort to get a bipartisan bill passed in the House of Representatives caught my eye. The bill, named measure S. 423, would close a Federal Loophole that allows companies to deny health […]

There are rides that you enjoy and rides you take. Rides where your mind wonders uncontrollably, rides that are simply beautiful and rides that get edgy as they go on. Yesterday however was a ride for the ages. I’m still reveling in it now, a day later. My body is sore - especially the wrists […]

While surfing the web today at work, I stumbled on to another Ducati Motorcycle Dealership (thanks again to the Ducati.MS forum) with a very nicely done web presense. Ducati Austin, not only has a pretty decent online deal, but they’ve also just started a ducati forum for local riders. What a great idea. Every Duc […]

Got up this morning determined not to make the same mistake as yesterday and go riding lacking the proper amount of layers. So out came the thermols for the first time in a long, long time. Funny thing is they didn’t matter that much. I still frozen my ass off. Amazingly the Duc’s temp guage […]

While trying to catch up with the twisting asphalt.com website restoration project, I stumbled across the some picts of a ride that MotorMilt & took a few weekends ago up to Point Magu, near the naval base up there…
If the rocks in the background look familure, it’s because you’ve seen them before… They’re a Hollywood […]
