The Desmosedici Sells Out

Welp, if you were waiting for a Desmosedici to show up at your local Ducati dealer before throwing down the coin to own one, you’re now officially out of luck. According to MCN, they’re all sold out.

Ducati always said the Desmosedici RR would be available in limited numbers, and originally expected to make just a couple of hundred. But the incredible response to the bike’s announcement prompted the firm to raise production to 1250 and then to 1500, but while the demand hasn’t gone away, the company says it won’t be upping production any further.

Makes me wonder how many ‘sedici’s will hit the ‘used’ market and whether or not they’ll hold their übber high end value when they do… Limited is still limited after all…
