Brembo Boosts Profits

Brembo, Ducati’s prime brake manufacturer and the company behind the massive monobloc caliper on the 1098, apparently has reported a killer year as far as sales go, with profits up a whopping 87%.

LEADING ITALIAN motorcycle brake component manufacturer Brembo,
incidentally the world’s largest manufacturer of disc brakes, says
its net profit in the third financial quarter of 2007 to 30 September
grew by a stunning 87 per cent to £8.8m.
