When The Track Comes Calling

It’s amazing how chaotic and tiring moving can feel. Between getting all the usual services hooked up and the rediculous amount of unpacking, there always seems to be one more thing that has to get done right away. One more box to unpack. One more item to put away. Hell, I don’t even know where half of this stuff came from. Thankfully however things have gone extremely smoothly thus far so I can’t really complain. Of course being the type of person who tends to try and do a million things at once, simply moving in wasn’t enough for me this weekend. Apparently I needed a far greater sense of adventure, so I even though I already have a ton on my plate I decided to sign MotorMilt and myself up for a trackday for tomorrow…

Turns out that The Track Club is running a Pro Italia sponsored trackday tomorrow at Buttonwillow Raceway in Bakersfield. Now I’ve never ridden the course but from what people say it’s one of the better west coast tracks, so it should be fun to check some new asphalt out…
