I’ve been pretty quiet here on the blog the last few weeks and unfortunately while I wish I had tons of new ride picts to posts and tales to tell, the reality is that we’ve entered my busy season when it comes to work. It’s one of the more insane things about this life, while the rest of the world is just getting back to work we’re running around in repeated twelve hour moments of chaos. It’s an understatement but the reality is that for the next few weeks life is going to be a bit hectic and crazy. Every time I look at a calendar and see what needs to get done between now and then I find myself both positively excited about having stuff to complete and at the same time sorry I won’t have much time to ride. Of course in my view there definately is something to be said for idle time driving you nuts. I suppose I’d feel worse about the lack of riding if the Southern California stormy season hadn’t offically started. We’re not exactly facing Seattle rain but it’s remarkable how it can be semi-sunny all week and then pour on the weekends… Baffling really… Anyway I’m looking forward to getting things done, moving on and getting some rides in… I have a sneeky suspicion once we’re all wrapped on the shows we’re working on I’ll need it…
