While hanging out on the Ducati.ms board last night I stumbled in the Monster Chat area and found a blurb about Mark Savory’s “LA Show Bike” – a chopped Ducati Monster! Now granted I’m the biggest chopper guy out there, but this is one very cool looking motorcycle. Even though it looks like a the reminents of a Monster, in truth the bike is powered by a Ducati 900SS engine and has a number of 998 and 996 parts. The only stock Monster element is a front fender. Amazing. The frame, bodywork and most of the accessories are 100% custom…

Both websites are well worth the read and have some pretty cool picts. Especially Motocreations which has a gallery with a whole bunch of Mark’s sketches on potential Ducati modified bikes and very clearly articulates how his designs have been influenced over time.
